This role incorporates a range of different tasks to keep our residents safe and happy as they are supported to achieve their goals in life with as much independence as possible.

 

We pay a competitive salary with clear pay progression as the role develops. A Health and Social Care Diploma Level 3 is required for this position but this can be gained while in the role. Enrolment onto an external course will take place after passing 6 month probation in the role. All other relevant training is provided in house to ensure duties can be performed successfully.
