Having graduated with a degree in Psychology from Queens University in Belfast, in 2009 I moved from my home in Northern Ireland to work at Young Epilepsy in Lingfield to pursue a career in care. I began my career as a support worker and have progressed through the organisation, and various levels of management, to the position I now hold, which is as Operations Manager for Adult Residential Services. I have the responsibility of overseeing the running of 12 residential houses and it is a role which I enjoy immensely. 

I am employed as the Project and Information Manager for a FTSE 250 motor insurer based in Surrey where I have worked since 2002. My role has a strong focus on project development, government legislation, information security and auditing, as a result of which, I also run the Claims Departments internal audit team.
